Dr. KEO Sothy
Dr. Sothy (MD, Psychiatrist) provides psychiatric assessments and treats clients at the TPO Treatment Center in Phnom Penh. He obtained his MD at the University of Health Sciences and completed his residency in psychiatry in 2005. He has been providing treatment to people with mental issues and survivors of torture ever since.
Phaneth, who holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology, is in charge of TPO’s Training Unit in Phnom Penh. She was a clinic manager for TPO’s treatment center, where she also counsels and treats people with mental health and psychosocial issues. ROS Saray Endeth
Endeth works as a trainer and counselor at the TPO Training Center. He prepares and delivers training in a wide range of mental health related topics. He has been with TPO since 2011. Before that, he worked in community mental health providing support to youth and children with disabilities. Endeth holds a Master Degree in Development in 2013, BA in Psychology from the Royal University Phnom Penh (2002) as well as BA in Educational Science and English, also from RUPP (2003).
Currently he acts as project coordinator with Justice and Relief for Survivors of the Khmer Rouge project and provides mental health support for Civil Parties of the ECCC, known as ‘Khmer Rouge Tribunal’. Leap runs TPO’s project that aims to Strengthen the Local Mental Mental Health Systems in Cambodia. Chariya is managing the Healing and Reconciliation for Victims of Torture of Khmer Rouge Trauma. Chariya has come on board at TPO in 2013 to lead the Truth, Reconciliation and Healing – Towards a Shared Future project. She obtained her BA Psychology at the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2006 and also holds an MA in Peace Education from the University for Peace in Costa Rica.
Dina is a counselor for project Healing and Reconciliation for Victims of Torture of Khmer Rouge Trauma. He has been working for TPO since December 2017. He graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in with a BA in Psychology.
Vathana is managing the Promoting Gender Equality and Improving Access to Justice for Female Survivors and Victims of Gender Based Violence under Khmer Rouge Regime project. She also worked for TPO in the period 2011–2014 as a clinical assistant for Justice and Relief for Survivors of the Khmer Rouge project. Vathana holds a BA in Psychology at the Royal University of Phnom Penh and BA in English TESOL at Pannasatra University of Cambodia.
Maline is a counselor for the Promoting Gender Equality and Improving Access to Justice for Female Survivors and Victims of Gender Based Violence under Khmer Rouge Regime project. She also worked for TPO in the period 2011–2014 as a counselor for Justice and Relief for Survivors of the Khmer Rouge project.
Sokhan is a counselor with the Promoting Gender Equality and Improving Access to Justice for Female Survivors and Victims of Gender Based Violence under Khmer Rouge Regime. Before joining TPO in 2001, he worked as a trainer at the Center of Psycho-Pedagogy Training of Kampong Thom province. He also has more than 10 years’ experience as a social worker and counselor with various NGOs. Sokhan holds a BA in Psychology and also obtained his Degree in Pedagogy at the National Institute of Education, Cambodia.

Ousaphea is a Registered Nurse (from Battambang Regional Nursing School) and works as a general nurse and receptionist at the TPO Treatment Center in Phnom Penh. She provides psycho-education and arranges clinical assessments to clients, assists with administering medication and maintains the client database. She has been working with TPO since 2006.

Sreymom supports TPO’s treatment center by entering all clinical data in our database. She works as receptionist at the TPO Treatment Centre. She offers psycho-education and clinical assessments to clients, administers medication and maintains the client database. She has been working for TPO since April 2016.
FINANCE & ADMIN
Bunlay, TPO’s finance manager, has been working with TPO since 2004. He holds a BA in Accounting from the National Institute of Management as well as an MA in Finance from the University of Cambodia.
Bunsocheata has been assisting TPO’s Finance Department since 2005, monitoring TPO accounts and preparing financial reports and statements. She holds a BA in Accounting from Vanda Institute in Phnom Penh.
Meas leads and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Phnom Penh office. She supports management, takes care of administrative work as well as Human Resources, and manages TPO’s support staff. RESEARCH, EVALUATION & MONITORING
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator
Sopheap monitors and evaluates TPO’s programs and also designs and implements research projects. She is also actively involved in TPO’s fundraising activities, and supervises TPO’s Community Mental Health programs in Siem Reap, Battambang and Kampong Thom provinces. Sopheap started with TPO in 2009, after obtaining her BA in Psychology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Sopheap works in the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation team where she is responsible for collecting and entering data from all of TPO’s projects. She started at TPO in 2012. She holds a Diploma in General English from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and is currently studying Finance & Banking at Phnom Penh International University.
