In the full week of 4-8 December, all TPO staff got together for its Annual Conference. All staff spent the week training about Unified Clinical Approach (UCA), sharing and reflecting about our work over the past year in Phnom Penh. Most importantly, all therapists had a great opportunity to do exchange visit with Rehabilitation Unit of chronic patients at Hospital Permai, Johor Barhu in Malaysia for 1 day and all staff were organized to take 4 days retreat in Malaysia for exploring/experiencing in other country, for caring their well-being, social activity and team building in order to provide quality mental health services to Cambodian.
