TPO’s project ‘Operation Unchain’, was initiated in February 2015 by the King of Cambodia during his inauguration visit to TPO’s clinic. It supports rural families of mentally ill patients with very little or no access to mental health services and shows them other options than chaining and locking in a cage or in the house. TPO has registered with GlobalGiving to raise more fund for this project.
