TPO Stress Management Training at our HQ in Phnom Penh
TPO’s three-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course will train you in providing initial help to someone experiencing a mental health problem before and until professional help is sought.
What is this course about?
Do you know what to do if someone …
- has suicidal thoughts?
- has a panic attack?
- has experienced a traumatic event?
- is threatening violence?
- has overdosed?
This course will teach you to…
- preserve life where a person may be a danger to themselves or others
- help prevent a mental health problem from getting worse or reaching crisis level
- promote the recovery of good mental health
- provide comfort to a person experiencing a mental health issue
Who is this course for?
This course is suited to a wide rang of participants, including health care professionals, teachers, social workers, field workers, police and security personal, supervisors, HR personnel, and members of the public.

Duration: 3 days

Venue: TPO’s Training Room at the TPO office, Phnom Penh Thmey.
Group size: 17 participants maximum.
Cost: 150 USD per person (including all material, refreshments & lunch).
A 10% discount applies to organizations enrolling a minimum of 4 people.
Language: Khmer
Certification: can be provided to those who complete all requirements.
