Borom manages TPO’s project Mental Health Care & Psychosocial Support for Cambodian Prisoners. He is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the activities whilst also providing counseling and therapy to inmates and training on mental health to prison staff. He has been with TPO since 2012. He holds a BA in Business Management (from Human Resource University, 2006) and an MA in Clinical Psychology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Leap runs TPO’s project that aims to Strengthen the Local Mental Mental Health Systems in Cambodia. This includes overseeing the TPO activities in Chamkar Leu district (Kampong Cham province) and Oreang Ou district (Tboung Khmum province). He also works as a therapist at TPO’s treatment center, helping people who are dealing with stress and anxiety issues, depression and somatoform disorders. He has been with TPO since 2001. He holds a BA in Psychology from the Royal University Phnom Penh as well as a BA in Law.

Endeth works as a trainer at the TPO Training Center. He prepares and delivers training in a wide range of mental health related topics. He has been with TPO since 2011. Before that, he worked in community mental health providing support to youth and children with disabilities. Endeth holds a BA in Psychology from the Royal University Phnom Penh (2002)  as well as BA in Educational Science and English, also from RUPP (2003).

Panha, who holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Public Health from the University of Cambodia, provides counseling and psychotherapy to a wide range of clients at the TPO Treatment Center and is also TPO’s Clinical Supervisor. He also runs training on trauma, stress management and related topics. He has been with TPO since 2007 where he has worked on a variety of projects, including the  Trauma Healing Initiative, the Human Trafficking Project and, more recently, TPO’s Pain Treatment Protocol.

Dr. Sody (MD, Psychiatrist) provides psychiatric assessment, treatment and psychotherapy to clients at the TPO Treatment Center in Phnom Penh. She is a pioneer of mental health work in Cambodia. In 1986 she was among the first Cambodians in the post-war era to obtain her MD at the University of Health Sciences (UoHS) and, likewise, completed her residency in psychiatry. She has been working with people with mental health problems for more than two decades. She has also worked as a supervisor and trainer for young mental health professionals.

Phaneth, who holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology, is in charge of TPO’s Treatment Center in Phnom Penh, where she also counsels and treats people with mental health and psychosocial issues. Much of her work focuses on the issues of domestic violence, alcohol abuse, and family conflicts. She is also experienced in counseling and providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and young adults. Phaneth has been with TPO since 2008. She is also a part-time lecturer at the Social Work Department, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
