In the evening of October 5, German Embassy in Cambodia organized 25 Anniversary of German Unity after this country had divided for 45 years. During this period, German Embassy has raised fund from participants to support TPO’s Operation Unchain in order to provide treatment to mentally ill patients who were locked up at home by family members who cannot access to treatment services or are not able to afford the treatment.
